Reporting Misconduct
There are various forms of misconduct that need to be reported.

All reports are made to the Regional Referee Administrator, the Regional Child and Volunteer Protection Advocate, the Regional Commissioner or call the AYSO Line att 350-9274. Written reports are necessary to document all concerns, but always feel free to call with any and all concerns.

Misconduct, as officially defined in the Laws of the Games, is very specific. It happens when a player or coach needs to be cautioned (yellow card) or dismissed (red card). There are very specific criteria for each. These types of misconduct must all be reported. See the Laws of the Game for a complete list.

There are also situations where the referee must deal with spectators, usually through the coach. These should also be reported.

Any and all violence, whether on or off the field, must be reported.

The Region 1447 Board of Directors will help resolve all situations.
